At Palmetto Corp, we manufacture and install our own hot mix asphalt using the latest technology. Our six asphalt plants are located strategically throughout the state of South Carolina and are staffed by certified, licensed employees that provide ongoing testing to meet and exceed all regulatory standards.

Palmetto Corp is proud to offer a sustainable solution to asphalt repair and replacement through the process of reclamation. Reclamation is an environmentally friendly (and affordable) way to rehabilitate roadways or parking lots by reusing old paving material. By pulverizing old asphalt and base materials, we are then able to mix it with cement, water, or asphalt emulsions to produce a strong and durable base for either an asphalt or concrete surface. Not only does reclamation lower costs on fuel, equipment, material, waste, and time, it also helps our customers increase their bottom line.
Our concrete division provides a full range of concrete products and services. Our team has Flatwork Finisher Certifications with the American Concrete Institute (ACI), as well as Field Test Certifications. We also hold certifications with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) for pervious, or permeable, concrete installation. Our concrete services include:
By using state-of-the-art machines, we are able to safely remove and haul both concrete and asphalt debris for crushing – creating a sustainable cycle of recycling old material into new aggregate. Our crushing services can be performed on site.
Palmetto Corp boasts its own trucking and hauling company fleet. We can meet a wide range of hauling needs that include the transport of several aggregates such as dirt, stone, or crushed asphalt.
Our trucks can haul up to 16 cubic yards, or 22 tons, of material per load. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our fleet is staffed with well-trained, certified drivers that always adhere to the highest safety standards.
