We have over thirty-five years of experience in paving and total site development.

Marshall Godwin founded Palmetto Paving in 1987 after working for years in the construction industry with his father, Mack. In 1994, Marshall’s son, Shawn, joined the company and has since successfully expanded the business from a paving company with 25 employees, to Palmetto Corporation: a total site development organization with over 1000 dedicated employees.
