Hired in March of 2022, Zach Roberts came to the Palmetto family eager for opportunities to grow his skills. He quickly progressed through the ranks of his asphalt crew and was promoted to foreman in March of 2023. His incredible passion for people and natural leadership abilities makes him an integral part of the Midlands Paving operations.
Zach’s efforts have not gone unnoticed and neither has his contagious appetite for success! His crew has also been working diligently to exceed expectations – securing the bag on a 2023 Q2 Crew of the Month election.
