Empowering Employees to Reach Their Highest Potential

On June 28th, Dale Black of the Florence Truck Shop participated and competed in the 2023 South Carolina Trucking Association’s Annual Technicians Skills Challenge. Eighteen technicians across the state competed to test their skills at 10 different stations with a 30-minute time limit per station. Dale scored the highest at the ConMet wheelend station and had the 3rd highest score overall, earning him the First Runner Up title. Congrats, Dale!
